She fosters a therapeutic relationship that encourages honest and transparent conversations, sometimes even including humor in her interactions. She helps identify the emotions behind behaviors and offers various therapeutic techniques to develop healthy coping mechanisms, regulate emotions, and de-escalate crises, while also addressing the underlying root causes of challenges.
Jenn is dedicated to helping clients gain a deeper understanding of their emotions and behaviors, make healthier choices, manage stress and anxiety, build confidence, and achieve personal growth and well-being. Together, you will collaborate with Jenn outlining personal goals and identifying barriers to achieve them.
“I am proud of you for taking this first step to seek support. Therapy requires trust, work, collaboration, and focus. At times, you may feel challenged, and even vulnerable letting down walls, but this is all part of empowering you and finding what benefits you most.
